We hope you love your Stine Goya purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
